Hello! I
was born in Indiana, USA, and at age 10, moved to Ontario,
Canada. After school
and travel, I attended uni in Wisconsin where I fell in love with
Emily, a cute
Lismore girl. We married at Bexhill in 2001, and 4 years later our
beautiful
son Zion was born, followed by sister Heaven. We live by a small
forest
in Goonellabah. I commenced at Lismore High School as SRE teacher on
St.
Valentine's Day, 2007.
My goal is
to tell every student how much God
loves them. I tell them that SRE stands
for ‘Spiritually Radical Education’,
because the intense, immense love of God is not a message many of them
have
heard before.
To know that
God’s extraordinary love was shown
through Jesus, who experienced every human condition we do, opens
students’ eyes
to a whole new way of thinking about their self worth and what life is
all
about - relationship with others and ultimately with God.
“I think SRE might be
my favourite class.” Laura, Year 7
“God
knows me even when I don't.” Ben,
